1. No Content Hosting

Zylo Mirroring is a utility application that enables screen mirroring, media casting, remote control, and IPTV playlist playback. We do not host, store, index, or distribute any media content, streams, channels, or playlists.

The IPTV feature allows users to input their own third-party playlist URLs. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content provided by these third-party services.

2. Copyright Compliance

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Users must ensure that any content they access through the App is legally authorized.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content accessible through our App infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We will review and respond to all valid DMCA notices promptly. If a notice involves content from a third-party IPTV provider, we will direct the copyright holder to the appropriate content provider, as we do not control or host the content in question.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that a DMCA notice was filed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the required information under the DMCA. Counter-notifications should be sent to the same email address listed above.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
